Return policy

At Bath and Body Works, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a 30-day returns policy to give you peace of mind while shopping with us. Here are the details of our returns and refund process:


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for refund, (Please see our Refund Policy for details )For the return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused or lightly used and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. (Whether a returned item is lightly used or defective will be determined by Bath and Body Works and is subject to our refund process.)

  • Used products may be returned if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that has been significantly used or damaged (unless the damage is due to our fault).

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.


Returns Process
For all returns, please contact us at connect@customersserve.com to obtain a return label . When you email us, please include the following information:  for a return label. When you email us, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • After confirming the item you want to return, take comprehensive and clear photos of the product

  • We will then let you know if you are eligible for a return and provide return instructions and a label for the process.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received at our facility, processing of your return may take up to 3-5 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed. We cannot reimburse original shipping or handling charges. 


Damaged Items 
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. Please send an email to connect@customersserve.com  with the subject line “DAMAGED”, and attach a photo of the damaged item along with your order numberwithin 14 days. This must be submitted within .14 days of receiving your order.


Items Not Received 
If you have not received your full order, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@customersserve.com "MISSING ITEM"  with the subject line and include your order number .
